Excellent Customer Service from Russell Todd! If I could give 10 Stars I would! We’ve just picked up our car from Stoneacre Wolverhampton today! I can not recommend the extremely professional, friendly & efficient customer service from Russ Todd. He is a real asset to the company! Nothing was too much trouble, he was determined to find us a car that was suited to us, he is so efficient and quick, we could not fault a thing! My other half bought a VW T-Roc from Stoneacre in Willenhall, and part-exchanged her other car towards it. Steven was absolutely fantastic in his service and attitude with Beth, and nothing was too much trouble. He was probably sick to death of hearing Beth's voice day in, day out, but was always a help. When Steven wasn't about, Russ was equally as helpful and everyone was genuinely a pleasure for Beth to deal with. Absolute class act from everyone involved.
Staff were very friendly the car salesman I dealt with Russ Todd was very informative and knew exactly the type of car I required. He was very helpful and went the extra mile for me to get the car I wanted. He is an asset to the company.
