Bloke stood at the counter window with a pen in his hand. I had booked to collect new pads with him as I walked to him he said .. go over there I'm busy doing an mot. No customer service online on phone or face to face with no concept of how to treat a paying customer .. phone rings and says too busy good bye .. I'll spend my money elsewhere in future

Never answer phone..even when there's a person free..most stuff is cheaper on the net...but if you're stuck they usually got what you need..better off going to the shop..
Decent place for parts, some can be bit pricey but they have a business to run. Been here for donkeys years but I only came across them this year. And can’t fault them, everything I needed they got. Doesn’t open on a Sunday and Monday.
Went in for advice as phone was never answered!! He gave lots of suggestions but I went on the internet and found much better suggestions, also does not fit which is less convenience. Found to be a waste of time unless you know what you need exactly. Will not be going back unless specialist parts are needed
