I rang this place for for cavity wall insulation, they took my details and promised me the survey team would contact me. Couple of days later had to ring them to chase up to see if someone will contact me to arrange the surveying process, again they said we got tour details we will contact you shortly, today it's almost 2 weeks gone by and never heard from them. So dont really bother with them because they wont contact you back,

The two operators who installed the cavity wall insulation arrived well within the scheduled time period. They were polite, efficient & cleaned up after the work was completed. Very good service.
Great company to deal with. Couldn't be more helpful. Great customer service and always answered the phone and dealt with any enquiry I had.
Not professional at all.... I got in contact with them to get insulation of the house through the government grant... they were very prompt and helpful till they got my details and my child claim from me.... after that just false promises ... Wouldn't recommend ...
