Really disappointed by my local pharmacy. Two weeks ago I was told by the pharmacist that they didn't do a prescription item and I would have to go elsewhere. Turns out they do and they sell them over the counter, too. Also, yesterday I called for another prescription and was told their IT people were working on the system and it wasn't available. I called back today at 9.40 and was told the pharmacist was stuck in traffic, so they couldn't dispense. This has happened before. Thankfully, my prescription isn't urgent. On top of this, on two of my last three visits, the shop smelled really strongly of unpleasant toilet odours. I wanted to support my local pharmacy, but will be changing to another one.
Absolute chaos! Except Debbie, you're ignored even when you're the only one in the shop. Never have your prescription ready even if it's been with them from the doctor in plenty of time!
