The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful and have not take any action after 3 complaints about getting my medication wrong, the last complaint I did by phone and the 'manager' was laughing at my distress! It was very upsetting. Avoid the CMS service it's an absolute shambles!

Very knowledgeable staff. Quick & efficient service at High street. If you ever suffer from chest infection or bad cough get their legendary lightning lung tonic. Its very benificial for bad cough and brings much relief. Overall Will the chemist is a business that is a credit to Inverurie and local community.
