Nice place to shop, staff always helpful, staff cleaning till areas after customer, only shop I've seen doing that, so well done.
Absolutely rude and disrespectful behaviour of one member of staff towards elderly customer with hearing difficulties (pulling faces behind her back, pretending to push her out of the way etc). I'm so angry with myself for not reacting then and there.
Very helpful staff, all shelves full with seasonal products.
