Love Wilkos staff are always pleasant and helpful. Shame you have to pay to park there.
Actually, no stars but it won't let me post without a star. Many customers not wearing their masks properly. 2 metre management, particularly at the checkouts, virtually non-existent. Floor stickers are just not enough. Self-checkout involved touching a scan-gun and a screen and a maskless team member dashing back and forth, desperately trying to sanitize the two \contactless\ tills- you must be joking!! I walked out without my goods and won't be in there until a vaccine makes life safer.
Not too bad just lots of queuing and never a lot of tills open.
Sometimes has great offers. Other times has reasonable offers. the range offered is based on likelihood of turnover so I get it. But, it you have empty shelves, it means you are failing to maximize your profit.
