Nice big store but not overly organised in a world of social distancing. Staff not wearing masks, no orderly queue system. Lots of gardening stock.

They do have a lot to offer at wilko, i can as a rule find what I'm looking for when i pop in, the staff are helpful, i just wish the queues weren't so bad and the glass wear seems to be dirty?
Many items are cheaper than pound shops and other super markets. Very friendly staff. Nice place to shop.
After trying to get a single plate to go with my wilko set having no luck at t.wells and Swanley I walk into Crawley there on display is what I want oh Yeah Ok so this is now a Fab shop so much bigger than other IV been in and they had other items to go with my set my kitchen looks great thanku wilko so happy
I always gone into my local Wilko store in my Town Centre since it open in August 2012, better than Poundland. it stock everything you want the staff are helpful in my Town Centre one it a bit like Woolworths it got pick and mix, toys for children gardening stuff.
