Bought a JML Phoenix Gold iron from them before and I was given a used one with few drops of water still inside it's tank! They accepted the return thus giving them a 1 star.
Very consistent even though I don't buy much
I always love a Wilko and everything was great expect the one woman who was left in tolls by herself with a massive queue and overseeing the self service - I felt for her and the other staff member standing outside could see there was an issue and just did nothing to help her. We needed some assistance ourselves so just waited patiently as we didn’t want to make the situation worse. We eventually were helped and carried on as usual!
