Never a person there to help. Whoever is there, not interested at all to help customers. I have visited many times but the experience is still the same. A few times I needed some help finding a product. The response usually is \it should be around the corner\ or \its near the end aisle\. No \hi\ no \hello\ or things like goodbye or \would you like me to take you there?\. Also if you have a struggling to decide on something and need some advice, just google it, ill say it again they are not interested. One star I've given mainly due to few staffs at the checkout who are happy to serve. I am shocked that this is not addressed. As the service is poor every single time(except checkout). I would like to purchase from local shops rather than online. But these experiences certainly does not encourage me to do so. Mystery customer from headoffice really need to visit this place asap.

Good store for your household items and garden stuff
Beautiful store ...has everything you would want in one store and very good prices. Will definitely recommend. And parking is free on Sundays or if you spend more than a fiver on your shopping
Great bargains.... Good choice of seasonal items and home furnishings. Can't wait to see the new gardening stock arrive.
Nicely stocked with plenty of deals to save a pound or two. Was impressed with the choice of a particular item i required. Will return for more Christmas decorations and the 3 for 2 deals
