Always had great experience with the staff who have been incredibly helpful and do all they can to help. Good quality items at reasonable prices, especially for pets. Good communication between stores too so if they haven't got something in stock they call other stores to reserve items for you which is very handy
Overall a nice shopping experience. Depends on what time of day you are going. Usually no que, but all depends on luck.
