We wanted to pay by card and only self service with a card was available.we asked an assistant if she would put them through a tell for us which she refused to do. I asked to speak to the manager explained to him that we don't like self service explained that the assistant refused to scan them for us he then asked the assistant to scan them through the till for me. We felt that we should not have had to ask for the manager to get this level of service.

Excellent service and excellent products. I always enjoy browsing around Wilkos as they offer a wide range of products at very competitive prices
Got everything that I went in for...and more besides. Always at a reasonable price and footfall Covid control measures in place.
Barely anyone in the store which gave me room to get around the shop. It was also eerily quite too. Excellent quality of service from all staff in store too.
Probably got the best gardening stock they have had for a long time, usually have to go to Hinckley forage decent range, but nuneaton store seams to have got its act together this year.
