Helpful staff and a lovely shopping experience! I couldn’t fault the store during my visit as everything was moving smoothly... the shelves were stocked up nicely despite the Christmas rush This is what you would call a perfectly functioning retail store
Staff helpful but management lacking had to ask both times I was in there for them to take note of the long queue and open a till surely they should know when its getting busy and address the situation before it becomes a hazard. There are little guidelines for customers so you easily wait in the wrong place, all a bit chaotic in this small store but it is busy however they could do better and make it one way
Never shopped here , I used the Asda strood store next door on the same unit. Very small. Very busy and can see why....
