Most of the time there is only 1-2 people on the check out and another one pointing to the 'self serve' which is just a till at a normal counter where its awkward to put your shopping through and try and pack your bags. It makes no sense, especially when its busy and no one is using the self serve and someone is just standing there when they could just be on the till.

It's a wilko! They have a very good range of products especially for the size of the shop, amazingly for the products I actually shop for I've never found a major difference between this store (being a bit smaller) and the store at Sunderland or Washington. Store is always clean, staff are always polite!
Barely any stock on the shelves, I assume because they are getting the xmas stuff out and new stuff in. A few customers not wearing masks and staff seemed not to notice.
Always brilliant service in this shop. Good stock.
