Love wilko staff great but.... Now you have self serve well what can I say I can't use the self serve gun due to my hands the staff use to help but they are not allowed now due to a customer seeing them help another customer and complained. I gad to queue and let 10 people in front of me so they could use self serve I'm disabled and was discusted I had to wait in a long queue to be served at the till not good service at all

Decent shop. Polite staff. Usually has what I go in for so I would recommend.
Can generally find everything you need, most staff are of a happy disposition.
Good shop for all things that I need.
Great shop for bits and bobs; presents; stocking fillers; and homewares. Even better now they have sorted out the aisles so you can get out of them all, without crossing the checkout queues.
