Has a bit of everything in it. Lots of cheap alternatives to B&M and generally better quality. Has an awesome pick and mix, though in the current pandemic, might not be the best thing to use. Staff are generally smiling and helpful despite having to deal with the general Gravesend population.. store is always tidy and clean.

Covid measures put in place was very confusing. After standing in a queue for the till for around 4 minutes, we were told till 5 was card, and till 1 was cash. I wanted to pay cash, so after walking up to till 1, I was greeted by a very rude lady who literally accused me of queue jumping and that ' the queues there!' (A 2nd queue line) now, I already said the system was confusing, and had she explained my error, I would have shrugged it off and joined said 2nd 'cash' queue. But no, she had to raise her voice and eyebrows and try to shame me to other members of the public that I had tried to jump the queue! Needless to say I left my basket of things and promptly left.
