I forgot my mask and a kind lady went into Wilkos and fetched a assistant who very kindly gave me a new mask and l was able to continue into the shop . I thought this was a very kind thing to do.

Great shop, very friendly and helpful staff at this store.
The store is nice but customer services was not at all helpful and didn't help in any way. Eventually my 6 year old daughter found what the lady said the store didn't have and wasn't willing to hear me out. Thanks to my daughter we found what we were looking for but honestly the one lady there may need to be retrained in being polite and trying to assist customers with their queries, instead of just brushing them off and saying there is nothing in stock when there were plenty left just in a different area. Was not pleased at all and will not be returning there
