Staff very friendly however taking back a delivery I ordered online took far to long which was no fault of the staff the phone they had to ring didn't answer even after 15 mins but with two hungry toddlers and a final wait of half a hour I didn't need the added stress. Better process for refunds when using lay buy needed as I won't be ordering online no more

Had a visit today 29/12/20.Walked to this shop to spend some of my money on a very cold day. I went through the middle lane as I wanted some scratch cards,I asked the lady with blonde hair & glasses for 2 cards and she asked me again very abruptly,She lent forward and said you what,It is not my fault I need to wear a mask??But I don’t think that is the way to re ask your customer,as we are the ones bringing in the money.I appreciate these are difficult times,But if your not happy being at work,Then I would suggest stopping at home. And leave it to others with a much better attitude.
