A large shop selling everything from DIY tools to kitchen equipment. They even stock a small range of plants and bushes near the back- considering the plants are kept inside under fluorescent lighting they are all in incredibly good condition.

Generally this will is well stocked and run. Recently the queue for the till has been massive which encouraged people to stand way too close to each other. This line for the till was not managed properly nor was the staffing levels for this time of day (midday).

Great environment and multiple choices to buy Accommodating environment, and bought some be good stuff.
Wanted price checked as there were none for 3 items that I picked up. I approached Mrs Khan who advised me to line up at the self checkout and I could check the price myself, she stated I would need to wait for her ro remove the items if I did not want them. Quite frustrated as there were two members if staff, no-one on tills with a rather large queue. When I asked to speak to the manager she asked me to approach her colleague who had a scanner and could check the prices. I put everything down and left the store, will not be returning. Poor service, either have your items priced or simply check when politely asked.
