Lovely store. Always very clean and tidy, with friendly staff.
I found what I needed and for a very good price but I'm giving three stars because the lady at the till left without a word whilst I was still paying by card. I waited for her to come back but in the end I had to ask her colleague for my receipt. I imagined maybe she had a toilet emergency but she was actually just round the corner stocking shelves. Also, sorry, but it is irritating to hear xmas songs in shops so early.
Love buying my scented candles and air fresheners and a huge variety of pick and mix. Good value for money. Good social spacing.
I was in your store today where I noticed my cats favourite food was on offer. I asked an assistant would she mind putting the 4 boxes left on the shelf near the till , as I use crutches and was unable to carry them . This lovely lady not only put them in a big strong carrier bag for me but she also insisted on carrying them to my car . I wish I had got her name , she deserves recognition. She was blonde and had her hair in a ponytail. She was on the first till at about 11.15 am , I would like to say a huge Thankyou to her for being so kind
