Clean, well lit, not crowded, queues weren't too long when we were there. Only bad thing was that we went to get a Google play voucher for my daughter with her love to shop vouchers she got for Christmas. Apparently you can't buy them using vouchers. Not sure why and she was a little disappointed.

Helpful staff but queues to pay are way too long, only 2 tills open and someone trying to divert shoppers to a \card only\ section - but you only find this after standing in the queue for 10 minutes. It would have more helpful to have deployed the \self serve\ - \card only assistance\ to a till ?!? The store wasn't even busy,,,! come on Wilko please get a grip ...
Just been into Wilkos in Chesterfield and was appalled by the lack of organisation, people wandering about aimlessly with no staff on patrol to ensure safe distancing, queued patiently waiting to be served and when I was served the person who served me had a conversation with the gentleman behind me in the queue to ask him if he was paying by card, to which he replied no, after totting upwhat mine was I said to her contactless, to which she replied 'so you are paying by card' which I did, totally insulted by that woman whose name was Diane, it will be a long time if ever I return to that particular store. In contrast in recent weeks I have been to Wilkos at Matlock and found that everyone is much more courteous and friendly.
