Opens at 8.30am which a plus for early risers who want to miss the crowds around that end of town. The usual great prices that you'd expect in these stores and shelves always full. The new queue system for the checkouts works well, though sometimes you need to expect a bit of a wait. The customer service till is sometimes opened to help with the rush, and although it's not really designed for it, the staff always pack our bags for us....so no complaints!
Great service and wide range of products available. 2nd week in a row bought the required size, colour etc curtain poles. Very pleased with WILKO
Overcharged for 3 itams that have been reduced ( large sticker on itams with reduced price ) . Unable to contact and complain as there's no direct land line number .
The store is quite good for most household,gardening and general product's in Spalding.The staff are generally pleasent,but let down by one senior member who has a very bad attitued,never smiles and is unhelpful and one wonders why she is there in the first place,everything is to much trouble for her.My advice is don't ask her about anything.
