Good for more general purchases and appliances. However, for more specific things (I went in for an exact specification of HDMI cable) it's best to phone ahead as they don't usually carry stock.

Today we had a smart meter fitted and this caused a power failure to the garage etc. outside the house. The fitter send by way of Scottish power could not solve the problem and so I telephoned Widbloods for help. A highly skilled electrician called Geoffrey arrived within the hour and fixed the problem with skill, great efficiency and a great personality. Thank you Geoffrey and your colleagues at Wildbloods. Wildbloods is a fantastic store in Heathfield and they are always so helpful. Thanks also to Paul. A top class business.
Spending 35.00 to take a TV to them that is only suitable for the tip seems like a fool's errand and using this company is just that. Unfriendly service from the start, the dour person I spoke to in the shop seemed far more interested in taking 35.00 as a deposit than anything I had to say. Today I received a call from someone whose accent was so strong I could barely make sense of what he was saying but after me saying 'Pardon' a lot was told the TV was irreparable. Did that really cost 35.00 to ascertain? I doubt it, but Wildbloods seem far keener in taking my money than in showing the least bit of interest in a customer. I will not be using their services, if you could call it that, again.

Charge for quotes! Will never use them again! Phoned to tell me that they had a cancellation and could come shortly, so I had a record of the approx time they left the office. Repaired my oven( although a lot of time was spent looking up how to do it online). The young guy was polite and fixed the oven, which is what I called him out for . A few days before, one of the elements had gone on the hob, I asked for a quote to fix it, but was very clear that I would leave it if it was very expensive as ideally I would like to replace the oven. Shortly after he left, I had a phone call, so once again, I have a record of the time he left. He was with me for an hour and a half, even allowing for 15 mins each way( a 5 minute drive) , he wasn’t with me for 2 hours. When I questioned why I was charged for well over 2 hours, I was told that he spent time looking on the computer for the part needed for my quote!! RIP OFF!
