Absolutely amazing customer service! Very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. Great variety of product. I went in to the store last night and the guy was awesome but unfortunately a special lube that I got was just chemicaly off, and felt acid on any skin it touched. I went just to let the know just in case they had more, and no one else would have that experience. The manager was awesome and extremely apologetic. Wasn't expecting it but they even exchanged for other products. 10/10 would recommend. Will definitely be back. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.

We go to this store every year for our anniversary and today there was a gentleman behind the counter who stated that my service animal was not allowed in the store due to the dander even though she was in an enclosed Walker and is a service animal. He was extremely rude not to mention breaking the law by refusing entry of my LICENSED SERVICE ANIMAL. We will not return again to this store.

Very nice shop. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Appreciated the obvious LGBTQ acceptance. Interior is very nice. Outside of the shop needs some work and probably would bring in more customers if exterior looked nicer, but don’t let that put you off. It’s a very nice place.

Went in looking for some nice outfits for my girlfriend but she had never tried on or did anything like this so when we got there she asked for help from the the store clerk wish I got her name but she was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything in the store and picked out some really good outfits for her
