In these challenging times, my husband Lee, decided that we would celebrate my birthday with a 'bubble dinner'!! He chose this outstanding company for their professionalism, excellent quality of service and outstanding food. All of this was provided at our home, carefully distancing. The team catered for our wedding and were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They gave great advice on food choices as well as listening to our preferences and tastes. The food came out to a high standard, looked great and tasted amazing! The team made sure all guests were well fed. I would highly recommend Wild Garlic, and will be using them again for future events.
We choose Wild Garlic to provide catering services at our wedding in Mid Wales - Plas Dinam. The whole process was seamless, from tasting and communication prior to the big day, to their slick and professional service during the wedding itself. The food was incredible, in fact better than we could have imagined, we served vegetarian and vegan food to a room full of 100 people and they were all extremely impressed. Wild Garlic catered for our wedding in December and honestly my mouth is watering just remembering what they served up for us! They are a fantastic business to work with, really attentive, efficient and professional. You feel like you are in very safe hands with Claire, who guided us through the whole process. As we were a very small wedding party of about 25 we wanted to create a really special, memorable menu with personal touches and they were really open to and accommodating with our ideas and requests. The end result was beyond our wildest expectations; it was not your typical wedding food, it was more fine dining! Every single guest commented on how delicious the food was, and how blown away they were by the quality and presentation. But they also all commented on how friendly and helpful the staff were, which was really important to us – as it was such an intimate wedding party we wanted a very relaxed vibe and to really spoil our guests, which the staff were fantastic at - they were really attentive and relaxed which is just what we wanted. The staff were expertly led by Claire, who was brilliant at keeping an eye over proceedings and leaving me and the Groom to enjoy ourselves – thanks for keeping our drinks topped up Claire! I didn’t even notice them clearing the tables or tidying up, must have been some magic involved there, or too many beers on my part, but they left everywhere immaculate. I cannot recommend Wild Garlic highly enough…or the Wild Mushroom Risotto Balls. They were immense. Thanks guys, it honestly would not have been the same without you.

We were concerned about the portions not being enough as catering companies can be notorious for small portions, and we spoke with Claire about this while picking our menu.
