He was extremely friendly and the service was in no way a hard sell, he gave us space when needed and provided correct information when we required it. Excellent place, bought a defender from Richard and he went above and beyond to make sure the car was perfect when we drove away. He sold the car for under the average price for its age/mileage i.e it was an excellent deal and yet still chose to do work such as replacing the front diff (his techs are clearly very experienced as they did a complete job on the front axel including all seals and gaskets) , shocks, brakes and more so car was perfect. 100% recommend, couldn't put enough into this review to tell you how good this place is. Whether you need a used car, work done or an mot, this place is refreshingly genuine and professional.
This car dealer is a clear 5*. I purchased a LandRover Defender this week and Richard and his team kept to their promises. The Defender was a sought-after vehicle and unique in terms of age, owners and condition. The Defender could have been sold several times within one day yet Richard kept to us! Thank you! My husband is very pleased with the vehicle and the cost (parts only) of extra work we requested. This is a fair dealer and highly recommended.
Absolutely phenomenal service from this garage - going above and beyond to solve the (what I thought to be small) issues with my car. Were very very fair with price, only charging for parts not time spent fixing it (solid 4 hours) lovely bloke running the place who is great for a chat as well. Brilliant dealership that I would recommend to everyone without hesitation.
