Literally the rudest customer service at the post office counter when trying to send a parcel. Spoken to with complete attitude and no care. Then throwing the receipt down and not saying thank you. Would I recommend? Yes, I’d recommend going elsewhere!

Very disappointed with this branch - they overcharge for services - I’m not the only one this has happened to. Check the prices of stamps and parcels - I’ve been conned 3 times now. I will not be back. They also try the hard sell on products they have on the shop counter - always flogging their cakes and fruit. And they try to convince you to pay for ‘special delivery’ prices on small parcels. Last November I sent an envelope to London, the postmaster told me they couldn’t guarantee first delivery to arrive before Christmas and I should pay the extra cost. I refused, and only paid first class postage. my envelope arrived promptly the following day (as I had expected) Do not bother with this Wigmore, Gillingham Branch. They will try to con you. I hope I can report them to the regional area postal office.
