I just bought my first Mountain bike online and on my initial ride out the gears we making an odd noise. I decided I had better have it checked and went into Wight mountain. The staff were really pleasant and helpful and my bike was fixed in minutes. The bike technician was very kind in explaining how the gears worked when I told him I hadn't had a bike since I was quite small. I felt welcome and not out of place in amongst all the very high tech stuff that they have for avid cyclists. This really is a shop that welcomes both cycling enthusiasts and newbies like me!

Love this place so much guys... Never actually been there mind but you can really feel the good vibes in there, and um yea I really love bikes so. If you want to buy a bike, you'd better go there...

Needed a quick fix during a bike packing weekend and these guys were on point, definitely worth a visit when on the island
Closed at 4pm during the week so couldn’t support what seems like it would be a great local bike shop. Shame as some of the other reviews looked great.
