Utterly fantastic service from beginning to end. They fitted us in immediately after I had managed to damage my own valve on the first day of a trip. They fixed that and a couple of other problems in just a few minutes whilst giving great advice about routes around the island. Jeff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. A lovely shop dog too! Would highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic service. Needed my VERY rusty chain replacing, after much neglect of my bike. The owner did it the very next day and advised and fixed other parts which were a bit unloved. My bike is like a brand new bike, without the massive cost!! Great value for money, very polite and keen to help. Nothing is better than fantastic customer service!
I had a total failure of my rear derailleur and Mark put together a perfect workable solution from an old Tiagra component and heating and bending my rather damaged hanger. Basically he got me going again and allowed me to rejoin friends doing the RTI and he was brilliant. Total legend.
We bought a ebike sight unseen from Wight Bike Eco Solutions and after taking it my wife found that the saddle was too high even at its lowest setting. We went back and Jeff changed it for a slightly smaller version that worked fine. There was no fuss about the change and Jeff couldn't have handled it better. Very happy with the bike and the general service
