Had a deep tissue sports massage from Sharon yesterday and it was brill, painful cos of my tight muscles all over but she was so good at her job, explaining each muscle as she tackled them. She's such a lovely lady and we had such a laugh throughout the therapy even though there were moments I wanted to just shout OUCH!! Booked in for May , hopefully won't be as painful. No pain no gain. Haha highly recommend this place.
