First time visiting today with my son Matthew and family, i can say the experience was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and went above and beyond with my son who has Autism, i can't recommend this place enough. The inside area is large with a cool climbing section, trampolines galore, a cafe central to the location, with the expected facilities needed. Great and affordable for a day out with the kids, letting them get fit, enjoying time with friends and burning some of that energy off. Will be visiting again soon.

Dreadful. Prices have sky rocketed for everything, the place is minging with tables not being cleaned. Absolutely zero COVID -19 measures apart from a plastic screen at the till. What was once a great play area has been ruined, even the soft play area is at extra cost now. I understand that after lockdown businesses need to re-evaluate pricing but Velocity have gone beyond a joke, I was even told I needed to pay for a wristband just to go and get my 3 year old off a trampoline.

Very good trampoline park, excellent staff and plenty of them too. Covid cleaning is also very thorough. Way more fun than inflatable parks.

Excellent toddler time 10am 1-hour session with my 2¾ year old son. We booked and paid online for 5. You have to wear their special socks which cost 2 a pair but you keep them for return visits. It was our first visit to a trampoline park and we loved it. My son took to it like a duck to water. It helped that we virtually had the place to ourselves, but it filled up fast for the 11am session. He enjoyed the trampolining so much he wanted to do the soft play too at 3.50 for 2 hours (5 peak times). We spoke to the manager, explaining that he'll probably only be on it for 10 or 15 minutes so he let us pay their minimum charge of 1.50. We were very happy with that and it turned out my son loved it so much he was on it for almost an hour. We had to drag him away in the end. We shall definitely be returning.
