Great Experience at the Wigan Store this weekend. We went in looking for a new car seat and Ian saw to our every need. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and even came to test the seat in the car. Absolute quality service and we bought the seat for cheaper than both Halfords and Amazon. Ian then pointed us in Dave's direction as we were looking for bikes for Christmas and again the service was outstanding. Dave made sure that the bike we tried was spot on and even advised us on aspects of the bikes we didn't know about. Both staff managed the entire process professionally and with great vigour. I can not recommend this store enough and both staff mentioned above are a credit to the company.

I went to pick up my kids present and I was confused a little bit. A woman at her 40s she has shouted at me, \ Here is not the Click and collect point!\ Thank you for saving my time. Good service .
This place is truly big as many toys you could possibly need there staff are nice and know where everything is because something's are hard to find with how many things they have I found the baby yoda I was looking for with help from staff the store its self is nice and clean and doing well in the covid environment.
What a joke store. Just been asked to leave for no reason. Two toys in basket and looking to buy more when security came and said you need to leave I been told by radio??? What??? Not even spoke to anybody in shop just been trying find rest presents for my son. At least could buy them two LOL never again Smyth's Wigan
Brilliant staff helped us out massively by getting us a trampoline for our son 3rd bday been trying since April and everywhere sold out , so thanks for that
