Excellent service very helpful from start to finish . great products.
The website states delivery should be 2 weeks however by the time I got my order it was almost 2 months! Be warned - they get a third party to coat the iron railings - which leads to a delay in delivery and the finish was not great either. Communication was poor. The staff were friendly but failed to call back on countless occasions. Wont be using them again.
Happy with the quality of the product in the end though lots of teething problems and had to wait several months for them to get it right. Communication was very poor and customer service was appalling at times. The company made an error with the measurements and ended up ordering, and therefore charging, too much. This was never refunded as promised and eventually I gave up after my emails and 'phone calls were ignored. I definitely would not recommend.
Just got my spindles.quality 100 per cent.great company and was a pleasure dealing with u..Mr Mckean
