Absolutely amazing place wish we lived closer so it could become our permanent vets. We brought our Dog Daisy here for a CT Scan and a MRI Scan, the whole team were absolutely incredible, they made me and my dog feel comfortable throughout the whole process . The Vet was absolutely fantastic he explained everything in detail so we understood everything that was happening . We came back today for a check up and Daisy is doing fantastic and was discharged, thankyou to the whole team for everything

Our Cat kiki, arrived in the UK from Bermuda at the end of September 20 with a large tumour on her right cheek....after a CT scan in the middle week in October Lisa the Vet at NWR who we were dealing with concluded the Adam would be able to remove the tumour under surgery, the good news is that it appeared to be no secondary tumours showing up on the CT other than a some scaring in her lung this may have been due to the humidity in Bermuda. Kiki had the surgery completed after spending a night at the NWR she was realised back to us the following day. we would recommend using the team at NWR in Wigan. they are very professional, compassionate, great communication and the cost quoted at the beginning of the consultation is what you pay no hidden costs. We are truly grateful to the team there.
My puppy was referred to Anrich after having problems with her legs and walking. She was offered an appointment here the same day as the referral was sent. MRI scan and Ct were performed with results the same day. The whole team are fantastic. Amanda, Chadvar, and the lovely nurse who brought her back out to us and the rest of the team there. They looked after her so so well and gave us so much reassurance throughout her procedures. Thank you all so much!
The Best Vets! We've had to use NW Referrals, twice this year! In May, we took our dog there to have a CT Scan for suspected osteosarcoma, and it was unfortunately proved right. We've since gone back with our 6 month old puppy, who needed ulnar corrective surgery and cartilage repair in his elbow & we cannot recommend Adam enough! All the staff at NW are amazing, so caring and considerate - kept us well informed throughout Basil's two night stay, and his progress! Happy to stay in contact for support and guidance throughout the healing process. You will not get better than this place, from the staff, to the fixed prices, to the quick admin work on insurance claims! Can't recommend enough! We are not local to NW but we travel an hour there and back!
5 stars isnt enough if I could give 10 I would. My dog harry broke his elbow and another vet quoted 5grand well over our insurance budget. I found these guys by chance and when I contacted them I spoke with the practice manager James he sorted everything with the insurance and sorted me to bring harry the same day. He told me not to worry they did this surgery often and harry was in good hands. Adam is the vet who did his surgery and he is amazing he kept me updated throughout and did an amazing job with harry. He was professional and polite everytime we spoke and went through all the details when i picked harry up every check up he was amazing and answered every question. The vet nurses and receptionist are all lovely people everyone i spoke to kept me updated with harry and answered all my questions even the daft ones. I cannot thank these guys enough. Thanks to you all my harry is now fully healed and back to driving me crazy. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart.
