I have ordered 3 items one week in advance. Left my phone number just in case if any of it is unavailable. When I got to the store I've been told that there is no drill ready and they just wanted to ring me. They said I can go to Saint Helens instead. I have asked if in Saint Helens store is everything I need? They confirmed everything is there waiting for me. I got to Saint Helens store, there was no drill size I needed. Waist of time and fuel.

Very expensive ! Tried to rip me off over some screws and guttering. save your money and go else where. PBS for example.
