Couldn't fault the service or the experience one bit. Great staff, who were extremely helpful and polite. My son and myself love using this bowling alley as regular as possible and always come away with great memories. If there was one small gripe I have it would be with regards to the arcade/game machines which on more occasions than I could count would swallow money that was inserted and not give you the game and you couldn't refund the money. We are constantly finding a staff member explain but told that they couldn't do anything about it as they don't own or have access to them which is annoying. The staff I've spoke to about this are really helpful polite and in no way are they to blame for this but it can be quite frustrating. I try to stay away from the arcades etc because of this issue but really difficult when my son has an obsession with the bright lights so I easily give in. Overall a great experience and highly recommended

We bowled here on Father's day and had a great time. We was quickly allocated a lane and the screen is really easy to use to put everyone's names in. A member of staff came to ask us if we wanted to order any drinks and brought them over. The plave is very well lit, music is playing but not too loud. We didn't eat but the menu had lots of choice and is reasonably priced. There is also a full stocked bar for alcohol and soft drinks. Would definitely visit again

Great atmosphere, great service. Really impressed with how all staff were effective around the covid rules without allowing it to interfere with the enjoyment of a day out.

Didn't feel as safe as last time. We were right next to other bowling lane instead of it being alternate lanes and we had to share bowling balls. Wont be going back while it's like that.

2018: Great day with my 3 year old, but the selection of balls was very poor. Arcade was also good but lacking for young children 2019: Very poor service, took my son for his 4th birthday, booked a lane for 15:00 arrived at 1:30 ordered food and it arrived at 14:50 and was wrong. Got to lane for 15:00 but two ladies sat drinking blocking us so informed staff but had to wait until 15:20. Food then delivered to lane at 15:40. Ball selection again very poor especially for kids. Decided to use arcade to find the photo booth swallowing cash and took 15 minutes for staff to appear and further 15 for a refund. Tried to hand in our tickets and had a 40 minute wait. Spent more time waiting than playing, which ruined the day. To be fair it was very busy and the two staff I did speak with where running round manic as if they on fire. Very polite and did try. Two young girls deserve recognition but the rest of the staff, front desk, restaurant not helpful at all.
