Called in for fresh walking boots , store busy but well organised, queues for online orders very busy but normal tills quiet which was the ones I needed , staff on hand to help so wasn't in store that long , safety measures in store

Bought shoes online said will be sent to the my local store and they will contact me when they arrive and I've heard nothing. I've rang the store many times and no one is bothering to answersuch bad communication and customer service

First visit to the wigan branch and very impressed!.Massive selection of clothing and non clothing for ALL outdoor enthusiasts. Keen prices and attentive staff. This unit used to be a B&Q store and it is full of outdoor merchandise including an Angling section. Well worth a visit!!.
