Lovely guys but unsupporting of the customer when there is an issue raised. Charged for 2 visits and then a ridiculously high quote to fix the issues that, after getting another company in, some didn't exist. Also if engineer had come prepared on the first visit I wouldn't have been charged for a 2nd visit. Just be careful as this appears to be a company that will pull you in with their good prices then try build the job up to be more than it is and charge you for it. I was being talked to about diggers and robotic cutters and all sorts on the phone! I sourced an alternative company off checkatrade who completed all the work, discovered drains this company had missed and I even asked the new company to put a new drain in for a downstairs toilet...no diggers or fancy machinery required and it still came in cheaper than the quote from this company. Make absolutely sure and clear of what you are getting before you go ahead. If in doubt, just get out!

Absolutely fantastic! I called about a blocked drain outside and within the hour someone came out and sorted it. The engineer was friendly and efficient. Both the engineer and the worker in the office were really helpful and offered advice on what to do in the future.
