A very good service and quality product. I’m impressed how this business has performed during the global pandemic. Unfortunately a couple of the pedestals were damaged during shipping however the next day I received new ones along with extra. Brilliant!!

Good Quality decking & parts, however the lead time for the parts is very long. Ordered parts in July received in October. Once they did arrive. They are of a good quality and easy to fit and install.

We ordered our decking in silver and had it installed in late July. We’ve yet to use the area yet but have been sure to sweep it keeping it clear of debris. The problem came when we were on holiday for a week and the leaves from our neighbour’s tree (it’s not even autumn yet, and it’s just a normal tree with standard leaves!) have stained the decking so badly that it looks like it been down for years. Nothing gets the brown marks out. Dino deck recommend soapy water and a jet wash. Neither worked. We have an 8 week old deck (looks more like 8 years without being looked after) that is not fit for purpose. It’s only low maintenance because it’s ruined. We’re gutted. Composite decking isn’t cheap but we wish we’d just bought timber as this will need to come up considering how bad it looks. Honestly DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT; it might not be a problem for the darker colour choices, but if you’re looking at the lighter colours, I wouldn’t bother. Oh, and Dino deck ‘apologised’ but it’s not their problem. Shocking.

Really impressed with the quality of the product and the company. The staff were all really helpful ahead of us buying the products, offering advice that wasn't just about selling more products. On collection and installation the planks were great quality and being double sided (different design on each side), gives you flexibility to change your design pattern as you see fit when installing. Was able to pop back and purchase a couple of extra lengths following a little change to the plans. Would recommend Dino Decking to others and will certainly use them again if we need anything similar.
