We sat in the garden of this lovely restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed our dinner! The food was delicious (especially the desserts) and the waiters were super nice!!! Will definitely recommend it!

Amazing Austrian food! The best restaurant if you're looking for traditional food. The portions are big and the price is fair. There are menus for lunch during the work fatta. The waiters speak a good English and are very friendly. Highly recommended!

Old Austrian tavern with a really nice garden in summer. The food is very good and a bit more expensive than a normal restaurant, but you pay the good quality. The waiters are nice, contrary of the average in Vienna. Go for the classics and you won’t be wrong

First class local restaurant service fantastic local food. Amazing outdoor dining area in the courtyard. Staff pleasant enough. I highly recommend the steak tartare. Prices are very reasonable. Not expensive at all.

Great dinner place! Good food, beer, desserts with lovely ambience. They also have a garden on the back with open air seating space!

The food here is delicious! As a starter, we had the beef tartare and it was amazing - highly recommended! For the mains, we had the veal schnitzel and the deer ragout - the deer ragout was very good but the veal schnitzel was certainly the winner - amazing schnitzel. We found this place on trip advisor trying to hunt down a fair priced restaurant serving quality local cuisine (that's also open on a Sunday, as many places in Vienna close on Sundays). It most certainly ticked those boxes and the whole atmosphere was warm cosy and friendly. The service started off excellent. Sadly after our main course it appears that our server perhaps had finished her shift for the night and we were forgotten about. We had to go find someone to ask for more drinks and then the bill. When we went to pay by card the manager asked if we wanted to leave a tip. We declined as we were planning to tip in cash and her reaction was not a pleasant one, to say the least. Perhaps the service was down to it being a Sunday and staffing issues. Although the managers attitude was not pleasant. We would still recommend this place for the food, and the overall atmosphere was also very nice. Perhaps we just caught them on a bad night.

My friend his fish was perfectly! And my meat was too! We took a risk since it was in German and we didnt understand most of it, but we were not disappointed! It was an outstanding taste! Would totally come back! Waitress was also lovely! Didnt take a picture since i was hungry and forgot about it
