Wir sind Steinway Fans, allerdings waren sowohl die Telefonate im Voraus als auch der Kundenservice vor Ort unfreundlich und unengagiert. Wir wurden leider in keiner Form beraten, nur darüber aufgeklärt, dass wir beim Kauf von scheinbar billigen Steinways aufpassen sollen und die Klaviere bei Ihnen absichtlich zu teuer angeschrieben werden. Schade, vielleicht können Sie ja neben tollen Klavieren in Zukunft auch mit besserem Service glänzen...
