A really nice, cozy place, serving Icelandic drinks and food! It is a family business, the owner offers also for sale her knitted wonders! There is also a bunker bed, in a tree house like secluded place, I thought it is a really cool thing! The service is good, and enjoyed our time there! Definitely recommend it!

The most homey place close to Old AKH campus with interesting homemade food and great beer selection from Island! The place is run by two families that bring the taste of their home (Island) right at your table.
Super cozy with lovely interior. The fish pasta and sweet potato soup were delicious! It truly feels like a family operation and the location close to the university is a win-win!
Icelandic ambiance with reclaimed vintage furniture and wood paneling. The lentil chilli was delicious and the beer very good, too. I withheld one star because the place was cold and very drafty when we were there.
There are no words for how cosy this place is! Perfect food at a reasonable price, super cool interior, more then great beers and a too cute dog. I highly recommend the homemade bread with homemade butter and dill combo...probably the best glutenlactose pair of my life.
Beautiful quaint little restaurant that is originally Icelandic. The small menu has mostly fish and soup choices which are all incredibly tasty. The house greyhound is following the owner around and is totally cute and lovely. There are comfy couches intermixed with tables and chairs. A very cozy place!
Great Islandic bar with very cheap happy hour beer. Creative snack food too. Hilarious bathroom comics!
