If you want to go to a real Vienna „Beisl vom Grund“ (Old style neighborhood pub) you can hardly go wrong with this one...Interior at least from the sixties if not the fifties, homey Viennese dishes, good beer...The crowd is kind of mixed and therefore interesting.

Typical Viennese restaurant where most of the customers are Austrians. Excellent food and great service. The server knew English and was really helpful and friendly. The only downside is that the restaurant is cash only, which for tourists can be an issue.

Amazing local Austrian pub/restaurant place. Predominantly local customers, vibrant but cozy vibes, absolutely amazing food and beer and super friendly staff. I stayed in Vienna for 5 nights and had 4 dinners here. Loved this place so much xx

If you are a tourist and want to know where the locals eats, this is the place. When we visited, everyone else except us were locals. The restaurants also divided into 2 sections, smoking and non smoking area. The Schnitzel in here is absolute blast. Crispy on the outside and the meat was very tender. They also have a great selection of beers and wine.

Located nearby the Schönbrunn Palace, this cafe and its interiors have the feel of authenticity. It is hidden in the streets, therefore not so many tourists. Staff are helpful and you can ask smaller portions if you plan to try different varieties of food. Better to book in advance. Tried Viennese Schitzel and Pork in champignon sauce.

Great food, great service. And being Asian, the portion is very big. Not forgetting the local atmosphere that the whole restaurant is giving out in every corner.
