Over several years I've had consistently great service from this company. They respond quickly to emails, their prices are competitive and delivery to the USA where i live have never been an issue. Orders are always packed and shipped promptly. As a bonus what I save on VAT more often than not pays for the shipping. I also am a great fan of their online videos which I find very helpful. A nice type of soft sell.

sold me tatty item listed as factory sealed (NEW) was infact held together with sellotape and staples. did not have the honesty to acknowledge this and stated it does not appear factory sealed.

Absolutely amazing service. Ordered on a Monday in the morning, arrived on a Wednesday at about 3pm! Great help service as well! Asked a question at about 5:30pm got a reply the next day! They also offer great prices too!!! Really would recommend checking Hattons out. They are really good.

Hatton's Class 66 is the best OO gauge model. So detailed., so many features and, when combined with a good sound chip, a LMB sound file and an EM2 speaker, it's outstanding. The service from Hatton's is also extremely good if you have any problems. Go for it..
