They knowingly overcharge clients. I ordered mini valet what suppose to be 20 as my car is large whit 270cm wheelbase, however, they charged me 25 for an extra-large car what is wheelbase starting 280mm. After confronting them, they said that it's too confusing and that my car type is charged 25 for services. Also, they have managed to break the support side mirror and just shrugged it off as they didn't do it. This service is not acceptable.
