The manager here was great, he kept things running smoothly and effectively, all while maintaining social distancing to keep everyone comfortable. He moved through the line quickly. Special shout-out to Elizabeth, she helped us and she was the most kind and professional employee. She was managing 4/5 things at once and maintained professionalism and accuracy the whole time. She was great!

The staff was fast (for the BMV, of course) efficient and friendly. I wasn't 100% certain what all needed to be done with my recent move, but they guided me no problem.

Accompanied my mom, who is in her 80s, to renew her license on 11/5/20. We registered online. Got there at 11:20 am and were completely finished by 12:00 pm. The man who greeted at the door and coordinated the services was awesome. The young lady (line 1?) who helped my mom was polite, patient and so professional and helpful. I have been at this license bureau before and the customer service has improved 100%. I expected the worst but was pleasantly surprised at how organized and easy it was to renew her license. Yeah, I love to give credit where credit is due!

The service here is quite literally night and day better. I've bought & sold a variety of vehicles over the last 6 years & dealt with mostly this branch & today. The manager was notoriously rude dismissive and belittling. The new staff provided me with the easiest, most polite & pleasant experience I've ever had here. The lines are long but the experience once u get in is amazing.
