Had a fantastic experience with Hot Tub Barn (Wickford at Alton Garden centre). Manager, Joanne Barnes was very friendly and approachable and really helped us out on a few visits, taking the time to explain the difference between the hot tubs and all the details which then helped us decide what we needed. We would highly recommend Hot Tub Barn (particularly the Wickford one). The whole service has been outstanding from initial visits to installation.

Gary and Wayne arrived promptly and within an hour our hot tub was in position despite a bit of a tricky route through neighbours garden which they dealt with very well. Very knowledgeable about chemicals explaining this all to us easily. Really nice guys and lovely hot tub.

Been looking to replace our inflatable hot tub for a few months now. After speaking with Joanne at the Southend branch we finally decided to act. After agreeing a favourable price and assurances our delivery demands could be met we signed on the dotted line. On the day a technician came on site to ensure everything was in control and a few hours later our beautiful tub was craned into our garden and positioned where we wished. Since then we have enjoyed many a day in the tub with family and friends. I would highly recommend the Hot Tub Barn for sales and after service.

Dave and Mark are a great team of fitters. They got our new hot tub installed and up and running in no time. Shame our water pressure isn't great so it took a while to fill up. Once done they spent time with us explain how to look after the tub. Thanks lads a great job done.
