All staff are very friendly and the dentist I saw Mr Mohamed explained everything very clearly and put me at ease. I have seen different dentists on other visits and they are all very good. Excellent precautions have been put in place regarding Corona Virus, I felt very safe.

I really recommend Cygnet Dental Practice! After being recommended by a friend myself, I am really pleased that I was! Dr Mohamed and Lucy were so welcoming, friendly and really made me feel at ease. Dr Mohamed was also very informative and took his time explaining things unlike other dentists I have been too. A very pleasant experience. I cannot recommend them enough!

Amazing! Was seen within 24 hrs by Zahara (dentist) and Abbey (nurse). Safe welcome (phone number to call and then wait in car - even ask which car so you can stay warm rather than being outside!) Temperature check, sanitizer (all recorded - I noted) then escorted straight to surgery, where they (Zahara and Abbey) were fully gowned up and ready for me. I am a terribly nervous patient - but they reassured me the whole way. Explained everything from start to finish and kept checking I was okay throughout. I wish I could have repaid their professionalism by not being so nervous and letting them get the job done quicker! Thank you so much for your wonderful treatment (and to all the team who got me seen so quick and did all the necessary paperwork and checks). Very much appreciated.
