No compassion for different customers I placed an order, they took payment and then cancelled part of the order on the Saturday before delivery was due on Monday. I went to the Chat service and my disability meant I typed too slowly and Wickes staff member ended the chat with me. I finally got hold of someone and explained that living on disability benefits I had a limited income. I had wanted the whole order together because I only had enough money for one delivery. He just kept repeating that I had to go ahead and place another order, with no guarantees that Wickes wouldn't cancel again and pay a further delivery charge. I thought at this time, flexibility and good customer would be essential, but it seems Wickes think not. Go to B&Q, much more helpful.
Worked here for five years friendly staff,enjoyable place to work. Overtime regular with good benifits. Monthly bonus for picking accuracy. Good place to work warehouse environment. And a joining call centre
