I can’t praise enough the professionalism of this company. I am someone that has no knowledge of ink, paint or the printing industry. After placing an order for some ink that I hoped would be the right thing for the job, instead of just processing the order and sending it out, I had a call from Phil to ensure it was suitable. He asked what application I would be using it for, checked the colour suitability and even offered to thin and mix it to the correct consistency. He also said that he would provide some extra thinners, just in case it needed to be thinned down further. Ensuring the customer is happy with the product they receive. First class customer service.
